Your logo or text is normally laser engraved on the main pen barrel, subject to artwork suitability and the available engraving area.
Will you check my logo quality?
Yes. Our team reviews the uploaded logo/artwork and may ask for a higher-resolution file if required before production.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production normally starts after artwork approval. Timeline depends on product type, quantity, branding method and delivery city.
How does GST-inclusive tier pricing work?
Per-piece pricing is ₹299 for 10–25, ₹279 for 26–50, ₹259 for 51–100, ₹239 for 101–250, ₹229 for 251–500 and ₹219 for 501+ pieces. The selector applies the matching quantity and variant price.
Can I order if I do not have a final logo file?
Yes. You can place the order with text/instructions and share the final artwork on WhatsApp before production approval.
Is GST included and will I receive an invoice?
