Shipping and failed delivery
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, postal code and telephone number.
Additional shipping charges may apply where:
- The delivery address is changed after dispatch;
- The parcel is returned because of an incorrect address;
- The recipient refuses delivery;
- Re-delivery is requested;
- Separate or split deliveries are requested.
Where an order is returned to Printe5 as undelivered, the customer may be required to pay re-shipping charges before the parcel is dispatched again.
Refund is applicable only if goods are damaged, parcel open box video is mandatory for refund.
1. Customer deadlines and events
Customers ordering products for an event, conference, campaign, launch, corporate function or other fixed date should provide sufficient time for production and delivery.
Printe5 is not responsible for event-related losses, venue charges, advertising expenses, lost profits or other consequential losses caused by courier delays, customer approval delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any deadline that is essential to the order must be agreed in writing before payment and production.
2. Intellectual property belonging to Printe5
The Printe5 name, logo, website design, product photographs, descriptions, graphics, templates and original content are owned by or licensed to Printe5.
They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, sold or commercially used without prior written permission.
Customer logos and customer-owned artwork remain the property of their respective owners. Printe5 will not publicly display a customer’s confidential logo or completed corporate order for promotional purposes without permission, except where the material is already publicly available or the customer has consented.
