Customized-product return policy
Customized, personalized and logo-printed products cannot normally be returned or exchanged because they are manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind;
- Incorrect size selected by the customer;
- Incorrect spelling or design approved by the customer;
- Dislike of an approved colour, placement or print size;
- Minor differences between a digital mockup and the finished product;
- Damage caused by incorrect washing, ironing or handling;
- Normal wear and tear.
This restriction does not remove any legal remedy available for a genuinely defective, damaged, materially incorrect or misrepresented product.
1. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Customers should inspect the products promptly after delivery.
Claims concerning damaged, defective, incorrect or missing products should preferably be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting info@printe5.in or +91 90251 69739.
The customer should provide:
- Order number or invoice number;
- Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label;
- Clear photographs or video showing the issue;
- Quantity and size of affected items;
- A description of the problem.
An uncut parcel-opening video is strongly recommended for transit-damage, shortage and wrong-product claims because it helps us verify the issue quickly. However, Printe5 may consider other reliable evidence where such a video is unavailable.
After verification, Printe5 may provide an appropriate reprint, repair, replacement, refund or other resolution for the affected products.
Products must not be worn, washed, altered, printed over or used after a defect is identified.
2. Normal manufacturing tolerances
Garments and customized products may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Unless a stricter written specification was agreed before production, minor variations may occur in:
- Garment measurements;
- Fabric shade;
- Stitching;
- Print position;
- Print dimensions;
- Colour reproduction;
- Embroidery density;
- Product finish.
Such minor variations will not normally qualify for replacement where they do not materially affect the product’s use or the approved design.
3. Samples and bulk production
Paid samples may be offered for selected products. Sample charges, shipping charges and customization charges are non-refundable unless the quotation specifically states that they will be adjusted against a later bulk order.
A bulk production batch may show minor variations from an earlier sample because of differences in fabric batches, inks, machinery or production conditions.
The final bulk order will be produced according to the approved quotation, artwork, size breakup and design proof.
Delays in providing sizes, approving designs or making payment will automatically move the expected production and delivery schedule.
4. Production and delivery timelines
Production and delivery estimates begin only after receipt of the required payment, final size breakup and written design approval.
Any delivery date communicated by Printe5 is an estimate unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed delivery commitment in writing.
Delivery may be affected by:
- Product or fabric availability;
- Customer approval delays;
- Changes to artwork or order quantities;
- Courier delays;
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses;
- Public holidays, strikes, weather conditions or government restrictions;
- Events outside Printe5’s reasonable control.
Printe5 will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but will not be responsible for indirect losses arising from courier or force-majeure delays.
