Welcome to Printe5. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of www.printe5.store, its related services, and purchases made through the website, WhatsApp, email, telephone, quotation or any other sales channel operated by Printe5.

Printe5 is a brand operated by Printe5, GSTIN 29CROPS9833G1ZV, hereinafter referred to as “Printe5”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

By accessing our website, uploading artwork, requesting a quotation, approving a design or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  2. The information provided by you is accurate and complete.
  3. You have authority to place the order, including where you are ordering on behalf of a company, institution, association or other organisation.
  4. You have read and accepted our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Cancellation, Replacement and Refund Policy.

We may refuse access, cancel an account or reject an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unlawful activity or violation of these terms.

3. Products and services

Printe5 provides customized apparel, promotional merchandise and printing services, including T-shirts, polo T-shirts, hoodies, jerseys, uniforms, caps, mugs and corporate gifts.

Product photographs, mockups and digital previews are provided for reference. The appearance of the finished product may vary slightly because of:

  • Monitor and mobile-screen settings;
  • Fabric texture, GSM and garment construction;
  • Printing or embroidery methods;
  • Lighting used in product photographs;
  • Batch-to-batch variations in fabric or product colour;
  • Conversion of digital RGB artwork into printable colours.

Minor variations that are normal to textile manufacturing and printing will not automatically be considered defects.

4. Customer artwork and uploaded files

When you upload or submit a logo, photograph, design, trademark, text, name or other material, you confirm that:

  1. You own the material or have valid permission to reproduce it.
  2. Printing the material will not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights.
  3. The material is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening or otherwise prohibited.
  4. You accept responsibility for obtaining all licences and approvals required for its use.

You grant Printe5 a limited licence to store, edit, resize, reproduce and print the submitted material solely for processing your order and providing related customer support.

Printe5 may reject any artwork that appears unlawful, infringing, offensive or unsuitable for production.

The customer remains responsible for any claim arising from artwork or instructions supplied by the customer.

5. Artwork quality and colour reproduction

Customers should provide high-resolution artwork wherever possible. Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, PDF or high-resolution transparent PNG files are recommended.

Printe5 is not responsible for reduced print quality resulting from:

  • Blurred, pixelated or low-resolution artwork;
  • Incorrectly prepared files;
  • Missing fonts or linked images;
  • Customer-requested enlargement of a small image;
  • Incorrect spelling or information contained in customer-supplied artwork.

Printed colours may not exactly match colours displayed on a digital screen. Exact Pantone, brand-colour or colour-matching requirements must be communicated before quotation and may involve additional charges.

6. Digital proof and design approval

Where applicable, Printe5 will provide a digital mockup or design proof before production.

The customer must carefully verify:

  • Spelling, names, numbers and dates;
  • Logo and artwork;
  • Garment colour;
  • Size assortment and quantities;
  • Print dimensions and placement;
  • Front, back and sleeve-print requirements;
  • Delivery address and deadline.

Approval through WhatsApp, email, the website, telephone confirmation or any recorded communication will be treated as final approval.

Once the design is approved, the customer accepts responsibility for all approved details. Printe5 will not be responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof.

Changes requested after approval may incur additional design, material, printing and production charges and may extend the delivery timeline.

7. Order acceptance

An order-confirmation message only confirms that we have received your order. An order is accepted after:

  1. Payment or agreed advance payment has been received;
  2. Artwork and customization requirements have been reviewed;
  3. Product availability has been confirmed; and
  4. The order has been accepted for production.

We may reject or cancel an order where:

  • The selected product is unavailable;
  • The artwork cannot be reproduced satisfactorily;
  • The requested timeline is not reasonably achievable;
  • The pricing or product information contains an obvious error;
  • Payment verification fails;
  • The order breaches these terms or applicable law.

Where Printe5 cancels an accepted prepaid order for reasons attributable to us, the amount paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded.

8. Prices, taxes and bulk discounts

All prices are stated in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, customization charges and other fees will be shown at checkout, in the quotation or on the invoice.

Bulk prices are based on the confirmed total quantity, garment type, sizes, printing method, print area, number of print locations and artwork complexity. Changing the quantity or specifications may change the applicable price.

Promotional prices and quantity discounts cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

For B2B orders placed through a written quotation, purchase order or commercial agreement, the conditions in the accepted quotation will prevail where they differ from these website terms.

9. Payments

Available payment methods may include UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, wallets, bank transfer and other payment options displayed at checkout.

Customized and bulk orders may require full payment or an agreed advance before production begins.

Cash on Delivery, where available, may require telephone or WhatsApp confirmation. Printe5 may request an advance payment for customized Cash on Delivery orders.

Customers are responsible for bank charges, payment-gateway charges or failed-payment costs arising from their chosen payment method, where applicable and disclosed.

10. Order changes and cancellation

Customers may request a change or cancellation within two working hours of placing the order, provided that artwork approval, material procurement, printing, embroidery or production has not begun.

The earlier of the following will end the cancellation period:

  • Two working hours after order placement;
  • Customer approval of the design proof;
  • Procurement of special materials or products;
  • Beginning of printing, embroidery or production.

Cancellation or modification after this stage may not be possible because the products are prepared specifically for the customer.

Where Printe5 agrees to a late cancellation, reasonable costs already incurred for artwork, payment processing, garment procurement, printing, embroidery, packaging or other work may be deducted from the refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Customized-product return policy

Customized, personalized and logo-printed products cannot normally be returned or exchanged because they are manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind;
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer;
  • Incorrect spelling or design approved by the customer;
  • Dislike of an approved colour, placement or print size;
  • Minor differences between a digital mockup and the finished product;
  • Damage caused by incorrect washing, ironing or handling;
  • Normal wear and tear.

This restriction does not remove any legal remedy available for a genuinely defective, damaged, materially incorrect or misrepresented product.

12. Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Customers should inspect the products promptly after delivery.

Claims concerning damaged, defective, incorrect or missing products should preferably be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting info@printe5.in or +91 90251 69739.

The customer should provide:

  • Order number or invoice number;
  • Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label;
  • Clear photographs or video showing the issue;
  • Quantity and size of affected items;
  • A description of the problem.

An uncut parcel-opening video is strongly recommended for transit-damage, shortage and wrong-product claims because it helps us verify the issue quickly. However, Printe5 may consider other reliable evidence where such a video is unavailable.

After verification, Printe5 may provide an appropriate reprint, repair, replacement, refund or other resolution for the affected products.

Products must not be worn, washed, altered, printed over or used after a defect is identified.

13. Normal manufacturing tolerances

Garments and customized products may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Unless a stricter written specification was agreed before production, minor variations may occur in:

  • Garment measurements;
  • Fabric shade;
  • Stitching;
  • Print position;
  • Print dimensions;
  • Colour reproduction;
  • Embroidery density;
  • Product finish.

Such minor variations will not normally qualify for replacement where they do not materially affect the product’s use or the approved design.

14. Samples and bulk production

Paid samples may be offered for selected products. Sample charges, shipping charges and customization charges are non-refundable unless the quotation specifically states that they will be adjusted against a later bulk order.

A bulk production batch may show minor variations from an earlier sample because of differences in fabric batches, inks, machinery or production conditions.

The final bulk order will be produced according to the approved quotation, artwork, size breakup and design proof.

Delays in providing sizes, approving designs or making payment will automatically move the expected production and delivery schedule.

15. Production and delivery timelines

Production and delivery estimates begin only after receipt of the required payment, final size breakup and written design approval.

Any delivery date communicated by Printe5 is an estimate unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed delivery commitment in writing.

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Product or fabric availability;
  • Customer approval delays;
  • Changes to artwork or order quantities;
  • Courier delays;
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses;
  • Public holidays, strikes, weather conditions or government restrictions;
  • Events outside Printe5’s reasonable control.

Printe5 will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but will not be responsible for indirect losses arising from courier or force-majeure delays.

You must not use the website or Printe5’s services:

  • For unlawful, fraudulent or misleading activity;
  • To violate intellectual-property rights;
  • To distribute malicious software or harmful code;
  • To collect information about other users without permission;
  • To interfere with website security or operation;
  • To place false, abusive or fraudulent orders;
  • To upload content prohibited by applicable law.

Violation may result in cancellation of the order, restriction of access and reporting to the appropriate authority.

16. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes, free-shipping offers and promotional campaigns are subject to their stated validity period and conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Only one discount code may be applied per order;
  • Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • Offers may exclude samples, special quotations or selected products;
  • Orders placed before or after the promotional period are not eligible for retrospective discounts;
  • Printe5 may withdraw or correct an offer containing an obvious error.

17. Third-party services

Our website may use Shopify, payment gateways, courier companies, analytics providers and other third-party services.

Your use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Printe5 is not responsible for independent third-party systems, outages or actions outside our reasonable control.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printe5’s liability relating to an order will be limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service.

Printe5 will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, business interruption, event cancellation, reputational loss or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits the customer’s rights under applicable consumer-protection laws.

19. Indemnity for customer-supplied content

The customer agrees to protect and indemnify Printe5 against reasonable claims, losses, expenses or legal costs resulting from:

  • Unauthorized use of a third party’s logo, photograph, trademark or copyrighted material;
  • Misleading or unlawful customer-supplied content;
  • A breach of the customer’s representations in these terms.

This provision does not apply to an infringement created independently by Printe5 without relying on customer instructions or content.

20. Force majeure

Printe5 will not be liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flooding, epidemics, labour disputes, transport interruption, courier disruption, power failure, internet outage, shortage of materials, government action, civil disturbance or similar events.

We will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers and resume performance when reasonably possible.

Consumer complaints will ordinarily be acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within one month, subject to the complexity of the matter and applicable law.

22. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through Printe5’s grievance-redressal process.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and the jurisdiction available to consumers under those laws, disputes relating to commercial or B2B transactions will be subject to the competent courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

23. Changes to these terms

Printe5 may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in its services, business practices or legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on the website with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes will not retrospectively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

24. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain effective.
