How long will production and delivery take?
Production starts after artwork approval. The final turnaround depends on quantity, branding method and delivery location. Share your required date before ordering so the team can confirm feasibility.
How should I wash and care for the customised product?
Wash inside out in cold water with mild detergent, avoid bleach, dry in shade and do not iron directly on the printed or embroidered area.
